It is time to set your weekly goals. Some may be realistic and others may not, thats ok - set them anyhow. And then see what's feasible, right?
Be deliberate in achieving them or they will always remain in your head and/or on paper.
Remember, it's only Monday....so spread out your pace, and don't beat yourself up in one day!
