So the past did happen, yes; and the future is coming, sure; but what is happening to today? Do you constantly live in regret or fear of yesterday? Or in anticipation of tomorrow? Who is enjoying your present life - the here and now? - unknown
A lot of times, we find ourselves lost in both worlds (past and the future) and unconsciously, we have no clue how to get through the day.
Start living, enjoy what today brings, appreciate your present blessings; and the other two worlds wouldn't be so much of a burden on your shoulder anymore!
