An apology may be a sign of weakness, but having the courage to go up to someone and say sorry is a strength!
And when you do, don't say sorry because I'm hurt. Say sorry because you're hurt.
Relationships are personal (or should be) in that when the other person is feeling blue over something you did or said; the way you handle the situation will determine your state of remorse!
