Bring, Swap and Relax!

Ladies, our first meeting is coming soon and here are some things we'll be discussing. What are some of the ways you relax? What do you do when you need to get away? Do you REALLY relax? When was the last time you had some good rest and/or sleep? What are some of your tips on relaxing? Bring a relaxation basket/bag with you.....of ways you would like to relax or ways that you do relax. It could be your favorite CD, your favorite body scrub, a gift certificate to a spa treatment, some candles, body lotion or shower gel set, a good book, manicure and/or pedicure gift certificate, aromatherapy basket, tickets to a show, your favorite snack & beverage, movie & popcorn, your favorite make-up set or whatever else that you do to get away/relax.
